CHAP. 3968.— An Act To correct the military record of Wilbur C. Stephens. June 30, 1906.[[H. R. 4279](/us/bill/34/hr/4279).][[Private, No. 8552](/us/pvt/34/8552).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to correct the militaryWilbur C. Stephens.Granted honorable discharge. record of Wilbur C. Stephens, late of Company C, Purnell Legion Maryland Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge from said regiment: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments*Proviso*.No pay, etc. shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
