CHAP. 3967.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Wakeland Heryford. June 30, 1906.[[H. R. 4599](/us/bill/34/hr/4599).][[Private, No. 3551](/us/pvt/34/3551).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarWakeland Heryford.Granted honorable discharge. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Wakeland Heryford, late private of Light Battery K, First Regiment of Artillery, and grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments*Proviso*.No pay, etc. shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act.
