CHAP. 3964.— An Act To correct the military record of James Devlin. June 30, 1906.[[S. 6492](/us/bill/34/s/6492).][[Private, No. 3548](/us/pvt/34/3548).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War James Devlin.Granted honorable discharge.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant an honorable discharge in lieu of the discharge heretofore granted to James Devlin, of the county of Kings, State of New York, late a hospital steward in the *Proviso*.No pay, etc.United States Army: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
