CHAP. 396.— An Act For the relief of John M. Burks. January 24, 1907.[[S. 1344](/us/bill/34/s/1344).][[Private, No. 364](/us/pvt/34/364).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John M. Burke.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John M. Burks, of Lincoln, Nebraska, the sum of fifty dollars, for tine unlawfully collected from him; and to make said payment there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, fifty dollars.
