CHAP. 3957.— An Act Granting a pension to Helen G. Hibbard. June 30, 1906.[[S. 6268](/us/bill/34/s/6268).][[Private, No. 3541](/us/pvt/34/3541).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Helen G. Hibbard.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 2217pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen G. Hibbard, widow of James M. Edminster, late of Company E, Ninth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 30, 1906.
