CHAP. 395.— An Act To authorize payment to the Henry Philipps Seed and Implement Company for seed furnished to, and accepted by, the Department of Agriculture during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and two. January 24, 1907.[[S. 1236](/us/bill/34/s/1236).][[Private, No. 363](/us/pvt/34/363).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHenry Philipps Seed and Implement Company.Payment to.
Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Henry Philipps Seed and Implement Company, of Toledo, Ohio, for seeds furnished to the Department of Agriculture during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and two, accepted by the said Department, and distributed by order of the said Secretary of Agriculture, the sum of three thousand six hundred and thirty-three dollars and eleven cents, which sum is hereby appropriated from any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated.
