CHAP. 3949.— An Act To correct the military record of Peleg T. Griffith. June 30, 1906.[[S. 1166](/us/bill/34/s/1166).][[Private, No. 3533](/us/pvt/34/3533).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Peleg T. Griffith.Military record corrected.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the records to be so amended as to remove the charge of absence without leave from the military record of Peleg T.
Griffith, late captain Company F, One 2215hundred and seventeenth United States Colored Troops, and that an honorable discharge be granted the said Peleg T. Griffith: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 30, 1906.
