CHAP. 3948.— An Act To authorize a patent to be issued to Stephen Teichner for certain lands therein described. June 30, 1906.[[S. 952](/us/bill/34/s/952).][[Private, No. 3532](/us/pvt/34/3532).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the entry of Stephen Stephen Teichner.Patent of land to.Teichner, of the west half of the northwest quarter of section thirty- five, in township numbered one hundred and fifty-two, of range seventy- five, in the Devils Lake land district, North Dakota, held for cancellation by the Commissioner of the General Land Office and ordered canceled by the Secretary of the Interior, be, and the same is hereby, allowed, and permitted to remain of record as of the date of said entry, so that title to said land may inure to the benefit of his grantees as far *Proviso*.Payment.as he may have conveyed the same: *Provided*, That the money paid for said lands shall not have been withdrawn, or if withdrawn shall again be paid at said land office, and that thereupon a patent shall issue in the name of said Stephen Teichner for said land.
