CHAP. 3946.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Wabash River. June 30, 1906. [[H. R. 20451](/us/bill/59/hr/20451).] [[Public, No. 415](/us/pl/59/415).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wabash River.William C. Brown and others may bridge, at Mount Carmel, Ill. That William C. Brown, Charles E. Schaff, Hadley Baldwin. William M. Duane, and John Q. Van Winkle, and such other persons, as they associate with themselves, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River, southeasterly and near the city of Mount Carmel, Wabash County, in the State of Illinois, in accordance *Ante*, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1906.
