CHAP. 3930.— An Act To grant American registry to the bark Homeward Bound. June 30, 1906. [[H. R. 11932](/us/bill/59/hr/11932).] [[Public, No. 399](/us/pl/59/399).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Bark “Homeward Bound.”American registry granted. That the Commissioner of Navigation be, and he is hereby, authorized to register as an American vessel the bark Homeward Bound, now sailing under a limited American register. Approved, June 30, 1906.
