CHAP. 3928.— An Act To authorize the Alaska Pacific Railway and Terminal Company to construct a bridge across the Copper River, in the Territory of Alaska. June 30, 1906. [[S. 6523](/us/bill/59/s/6523).] [[Public, No. 397](/us/pl/59/397).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Copper River, Alaska.Alaska Pacific Railway and Terminal Company may bridge at Childs Glacier. That the Alaska Pacific Railway and Terminal Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto, across the Copper River, at or near Childs Glacier, in the Territory of Alaska, in accordance with the *Ante*, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1906.
