CHAP. 392.— An Act For the relief of James M. Darling. January 22, 1907.[[H. R. 8631](/us/bill/34/hr/8631).][[Private, No. 862](/us/pvt/34/862).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That James M. DarlingJames M. Darling.Honorable discharge granted. shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably dis-charged from the military service of the United States on July eleventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, as captain Company H, Fifty-seventh Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers: *Provided,* That no pay, allowances,*Proviso.*No pay, etc. bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
