CHAP. 391.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary J. Hoge. February 19, 1906.[[S. 2879](/us/bill/59/s/2879).][[Private, No. 374](/us/pvt/59/374).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Mary J. Hoge. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary J.
Hoge, widow of Marion D. Hoge, late of Captain Jones’s company, Second Regiment Illinois Foot Volunteers, war with Mexico, and major One hundred and tenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 19, 1906.
