CHAP. 391.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to James B. Mulford. January 22, 1907.[[H. R. 3357](/us/bill/34/hr/3357).][[Private, No. 361](/us/pvt/34/361).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That James B. Mulford beJames B. Mulford.Honorable discharge granted. held and considered to have been mustered into service as a private of Company B, Seventy-ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, as of date of August eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and to have been honorably discharged as of date of October twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and that the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to issue an honorable discharge in accordance with the provisions of this Act: *Provided,* That no pay,*Proviso*.No pay, etc. bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
