CHAP. 3902.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Beverly McK. Lacey. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 19604](/us/bill/34/hr/19604).][[Private, No. 3528](/us/pvt/34/3528).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theBeverly McK. Lacey.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Beverly McK.
Lacey, late of Company D, Battalion Mississippi Volunteer Rifles, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.
