CHAP. 3901.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah Jane Dougherty. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 19538](/us/bill/34/hr/19538).][[Private, No. 3527](/us/pvt/34/3527).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSarah Jane Dougherty.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Jane Dougherty, widow of John P.
Dougherty, late of Company E, Fourteenth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.
