CHAP. 39.— An Act Granting a pension to Miranda Birkhead. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 2315](/us/bill/34/hr/2315).][[Private, No. 26](/us/pvt/34/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Miranda Birk head.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2231laws, the name of Miranda Birkhead, widow of William 0. Birkhead, late acting second assistant engineer. United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
