CHAP. 3872.— An Act Granting a pension to Alexander McAlister. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 19128](/us/bill/34/hr/19128).][[Private, No. 3498](/us/pvt/34/3498).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAlexander McAlister.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alexander McAlister, late of Captain Martin’s company, California Volunteers, California Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
