CHAP. 3855.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Josephine Hardester. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 18997](/us/bill/34/hr/18997).][[Private, No. 3481](/us/pvt/34/3481).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJosephine Hardester.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine Hardester, widow of Thomas H.
A. Hardester, late of Company C, First Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.
