CHAP. 382.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Robert Turley. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 20714](/us/bill/34/hr/20714).][[Private, No. 359](/us/pvt/34/359).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Robert Turley.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2305laws, the name of Robert Turley, late of United States Marine Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
