CHAP. 3799.— An Act Granting a pension to William Barrett. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 17809](/us/bill/34/hr/17809).][[Private, No. 3425](/us/pvt/34/3425).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theWilliam Barrett.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Barrett, helpless and dependent son of John Barrett, late of Company C.
Twenty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and Fifty-eighth. Company. Second Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 29, 1906.
