CHAP. 3787.— An Act Granting a pension to Katherine Studdert. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 17102](/us/bill/34/hr/17102).][[Private, No. 8113](/us/pvt/34/8113).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Katherine Studdert.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Katherine Studdert, widow of Thomas Studdert, late chief machinist United States ship Marcellus, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 29, 1906.
