CHAP. 3786.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Osbert D. Dickey. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 17015](/us/bill/34/hr/17015).][[Private, No. 3412](/us/pvt/34/3412).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Osbert D. Dickey.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Osbert D.
Dickey, late of Company L, First Regiment United States Veteran Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.
