CHAP. 378.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eugene Demers. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 19970](/us/bill/34/hr/19970).][[Private, No. 355](/us/pvt/34/355).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eugene Demers.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eugene Demers, late of Company D, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixty-five dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
