CHAP. 3771.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel B. Smith. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 15676](/us/bill/34/hr/15676).][[Private, No. 3397](/us/pvt/34/3397).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Samuel B. Smith.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel B.
Smith, late of Company H, One hundred 2185and thirty-third Regiment, and Company F. Two hundred and ninth Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.
