CHAP. 377.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Howard Bennett. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 19725](/us/bill/34/hr/19725).][[Private, No. 354](/us/pvt/34/354).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHoward Bennett.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Howard Bennett, late of Company C, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
