CHAP. 3755.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Margaretta E. Hutchins. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 14500](/us/bill/34/hr/14500).][[Private, No. 3381](/us/pvt/34/3381).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMargaretta E. Hutchins.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaretta E.
Hutchins, widow of Moses F. Hutchins, late of Company I, Twelfth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided,* That in the*Provisos*.Pension to cease on death of child. event of the death of Ernest B. Hutchins, helpless and dependent son of said Moses F. Hutchins, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further,* That in the event of thePension to child on death of mother. death of Margaretta E.
Hutchins, the name of said Ernest B. Hutchins shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Margaretta E. Hutchins. Approved, June 29, 1906.
