CHAP. 3733.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma Fox. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 12013](/us/bill/34/hr/12013).][[Private, No. 3359](/us/pvt/34/3359).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emma Fox.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Fox, widow of Joseph S. Fox, late of Company I, Sixteenth Regiment, and Company G, Twenty-third Regiment, Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 29, 1906.
