CHAP. 3729.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Stair. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 11780](/us/bill/34/hr/11780).][[Private, No. 3356](/us/pvt/34/3356).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theCharles Stair.Pension Increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Stair, late of Company D, First Regiment Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
