CHAP. 3723.— An Act Granting a pension to Helen G. Powell. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 10998](/us/bill/34/hr/10998).][[Private, No. 3349](/us/pvt/34/3349).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Helen G. Powell.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Helen G.
Powell, widow of Isaac P. Powell, late captain Company G, and major one hundred and forty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, June 29, 1906.
