CHAP. 3691.— An Act Granting a pension to Delia Gibbs. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 7635](/us/bill/34/hr/7635).][[Private, No. 3317](/us/pvt/34/3317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theDelia Gibbs.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Delia Gibbs, dependent mother of James Gibbs, late of Company K, Twenty-second Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 29, 1906.
