CHAP. 369.— An Act Granting a pension to Martin Alphons Luther. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 18677](/us/bill/34/hr/18677).][[Private, No. 346](/us/pvt/34/346).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Martin Alphons Luther.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin Alphons Luther, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month. Approved, January 21, 1907.
