CHAP. 368.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Barlow Davis. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 18454](/us/bill/34/hr/18454).][[Private, No. 345](/us/pvt/34/345).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theBarlow Davis.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Barlow Davis, late of Brady’s company, Sixteenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and second lieutenant, Company B, Thirtieth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
