CHAP. 367.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Milton Marsh. February 19, 1906.[[S. 1852](/us/bill/59/s/1852).][[Private, No. 350](/us/pvt/59/350).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Milton Marsh. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1507laws, the name of Milton Marsh, late captain Company G, Eighty-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
