CHAP. 367.— An Act Granting a pension to Neal O’Donnel Parks. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 16169](/us/bill/34/hr/16169).][[Private, No. 344](/us/pvt/34/344).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theNeal O’Donnel Parks.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Neal O’Donnel Parks, late acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and private, Company B, Second Battalion, Twenty-sixth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
