CHAP. 3655.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Daniel Eaton. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 2759](/us/bill/34/hr/2759).][[Private, No. 3281](/us/pvt/34/3281).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theDaniel Eaton.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel Eaton, late of Company H, Third Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, Company D, Second Regiment United States Volunteer Sharpshooters, and Company C, First Regiment Maine Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
