Hayes.Charge of desertion removed.Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now borne on the records of the Navy Department against the name of John McCauley, alias John II. Hayes, late of the United States ship Agawam. Approved, June 29, 1906.
