CHAP. 3631.— An Act For the relief of Thomas W. Higgins. June 29, 1906.[[H. R. 1572](/us/bill/34/hr/1572).][[Private, No. 3257](/us/pvt/34/3257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay the sumThomas W. Higgins.Payment to. of three hundred and fifty dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas W. Higgins, late major, Seventy-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, for the loss of two horses killed in battle during the war for the suppression of the rebellion. Approved, June 29, 1906.
