CHAP. 3603.— An Act Waiving the age limit for admission to the Pay Corps of the United States Navy in the case of Frank Holway Atkinson. June 29, 1906. [[S. 6463](/us/bill/59/s/6463).] [[Public, No. 349](/us/pl/59/349).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the age limit for admission Navy. Prank Holway Atkinson. Age limit waived for admission to Pay Corps. to the Pay Corps of the United States Navy be, and is hereby, waived in the case of Frank Holway Atkinson, in consideration of his honorable service in the Navy during the Spanish war.
