CHAP. 360.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Josiah P. Higgins. January 21, 1907.[[H. R. 13455](/us/bill/34/hr/13455).][[Private, No. 337](/us/pvt/34/337).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Josiah P. Higgins.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josiah P.
Higgins, late of Companies G and D, First Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and United States steam-ships Sybil, Red Rover, and Grampus, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 21, 1907.
