CHAP. 36.— An Act To authorize the county of Allegheny, in the State of Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Allegheny River, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. January 12, 1907. [[H. R. 21200](/us/bill/59/hr/21200).] [[Public, No. 12](/us/pl/59/12).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Allegheny River.Allegheny County, Pa., may bridge. That the county of Allegheny, in the State of Pennsylvania, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, he, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a Location.bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Allegheny River, from a point at or near H street in the borough of Oakmont, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, to Hulton Ferry, in the township of Harmar, in said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act *Ante*, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 12, 1907.
