CHAP. 3588.— An Act For the relief of John Lewis Young. June 28, 1906.[[H. R. 5681](/us/bill/34/hr/5681).][[Private, No. 3253](/us/pvt/34/3253).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Lewis Young.Payment to.Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John Lewis Young, of Washington, District of Columbia, late captain 2153Company C, Ninth Regiment Iowa Cavalry Volunteers, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, being for the value of a horse lost by him in service during the war for the suppression of the rebellion.
