CHAP. 3556.— An Act To authorize the sale of certain lands to the city of Mena, in the county of Polk, in the State of Arkansas. June 27, 1906. [[H. R. 18529](/us/bill/59/hr/18529).] [[Public, No. 305](/us/pl/59/305).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Public lands. Sale of, to Mena, Ark. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to sell to the city of Mena, in the county of Polk, in the State of Arkansas, at and for the sum of two dollars and fifty cents per acre, the following described lands, to wit:
The fractional northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section six, township numbered two south, range thirty west of the fifth principal meridian. And upon the payment of said sum the said Secretary is authorized to issue patent for said lands to said city. Approved, June 27, 1906.
