CHAP. 3551.— An Act For the relief of Blank and Parks, of Waxahachie, Texas. June 26, 1906.[[H. R. 4580](/us/bill/34/hr/4580).][[Private, No. 3250](/us/pvt/34/3250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Blank and Parks.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Blank and Parks, of Waxahachie, Texas, the sum of four hundred dollars, paid under protest to the collector of internal revenue at Dallas, Texas, said payment having been demanded and payment required under threats of restraint and sale of said Blank and Parks’s property in consequence of a technical violation of the internal-revenue laws of the United States.
