May command American ship. [R. S., sec. 4131, p. 795](/us/rs/s4131/p795). That Captain Ejnar MikkelsenEjnar Mikkelsen.May command American ship.R. S., sec. 4131, p. 795. is hereby authorized to act as master of any vessel of the United States purchased by him while on an expedition in her to the Beaufort Sea, any Act of Congress to the contrary notwithstanding.
