CHAP. 3538.— An Act To grant a certain parcel of land, part of the Fort Robinson Military Reservation, Nebraska, to the village of Crawford, Nebraska, for park purposes. June 25, 1906. [[H. R. 19181](/us/bill/59/hr/19181).] [[Public, No. 290](/us/pl/59/290) *Be if enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there is hereby grantedFort Robinson Military Reservation, Nebr.Land granted to Crawford, for a park. to the village of Crawford, a duly incorporated municipality under the statutes of the State of Nebraska as a village, situated in the county of Dawes, in the State of Nebraska, one certain parcel of land, being now a part of the Fort Robinson Military Reservation, the property of the United States, situated in the said county of Dawes, in the State of Nebraska, described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the northeast corner of said Fort Robinson Military Reservation and running thence due west one thousand five hundred and eighty-four feet; running thence due south three thousand six hundred and ninety-six feet; running thence due east one thousand five hundred and eighty-four feet; running thence due north three thousand six hundred and ninety-six feet to the point of beginning (one hundred and thirty-four and four-tenths acres): *Provided,* That the said tract shall be used for park and*Provisos*.Conditions.Fence. water power purposes only: *And provided farther,* that the village of Crawford shall erect and maintain a suitable fence to separate the said tract from the military reservation: *Provided further*, That if theReversion. said village of Crawford shall cease to use the said land for park and water power purposes the title hereby vested in it shall immediately revert to the.
