CHAP. 3535.— An Act Granting to the town of Mancos, Colorado, the right to enter certain lands. June 25, 1906. [[H. R. 10292](/us/bill/59/hr/10292).] [[Public, No. 287](/us/pl/59/287).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Public lands. Mancos, Colo., may enter certain, for town use. That the following-described tract of land, situate in the county of Montezuma and State of Colorado. namely, the west half of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section twenty-seven, in township thirty-six north, of range thirteen west of the New Mexico principal meridian, may be entered by the town of Mancos, Montezuma County, Colorado, for the use of said town, subject to the legal rights of others, if any, upon paying one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre and the usual fees therefor. and a patent shall issue therefor as in other cases.
