CHAP. 3527.— An Act Providing for a public highway on the east side of the Fort Sherman abandoned military reservation, Idaho. June 25, 1906. [[S. 3414](/us/bill/59/s/3414).] [[Public, No. 279](/us/pl/59/279).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, Fort Sherman Reservation, Idaho. Land for highway, granted to Kootenai County. That there is hereby granted to the county of Kootenai. State of Idaho, for a public highway, a strip of land lying on the east side of the abandoned Fort.
Sherman military reservation, in Idaho, designated by the official plat of survey as lots one, two, and three of section twelve, and lots one, two, and three of section thirteen, township fifty north, range four west, Boise meridian. The title to said land is hereby vested in the county of Kootenai aforesaid for the purpose as above specified: *Provided,* That*Proviso.*Reversion. if the said county of Kootenai shall, at anytime hereafter, abandon the lands above described and cease to use the same for said purposes, said above-described lands shall revert to the Government of the United States.
