CHAP. 3519.— An Act To amend an act entitled “An act to establish a port of delivery at Salt Lake City, Utah.” June 23, 1906. [[S. 3263](/us/bill/59/s/3263).] [Public, No. 272.] *Be it enacted by the Senate. and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Customs. Salt Lake City, Utah. Vol. 33, p. 85, amended. That section two of an Act entitled “An Act to establish a port of delivery at Salt Lake City. Utah,” approved March eighteenth, nineteen hundred and four, be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
" “Sec. 2. That there shall be appointed a surveyor of customs toSurveyor.Salary increased. reside at said port, whose salary shall be one thousand five hundred dollars per annum, in lieu of all fees and commissions of every kind whatsoever.” " Approved, June 23, 1906.
