CHAP. 3513.— An Act For the relief of Judd O. Hartzell. June 21, 1906.[[H. R. 7771](/us/bill/34/hr/7771).][[Private, No. 3247](/us/pvt/34/3247).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out ofJudd O. Hartzell.Payment to. any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Judd O. Hartzell, of Laharpe, Illinois, the sum of nine hundred and sixty dollars, to reimburse him for said sum paid by him for a technical violation of the internal-revenue laws of the United States.
